These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) explain and define the rights and responsibilities of the Company, its Affiliates, Ambassadors, and its Customers. Affiliates, Ambassadors, and Customers are collectively referred to as “Members.”
This Agreement, along with other applicable company literature, operating rules, compensation plans, price schedules, and supplemental documents that may be published from time to time, forms a legally binding contract governing your use of this Site and purchase of products and services from WelWay.
By accessing or using the Site, purchasing WelWay products or services, submitting an application to become a Member, or subscribing to our newsletter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Site or engage with WelWay in any capacity.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to access or use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
If you are accessing this website from a country with data protection laws that differ from U.S. law, you acknowledge that your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and consent to that transfer.
Accounts with no orders or activity for 180 consecutive days will be deemed inactive. Inactive accounts will have their eWallets cleared, and the account will be purged from the system. Personally sponsored members will roll up to the original Sponsor’s immediate upline. Inactive accounts cannot be reinstated once deleted.
At WelWay, integrity and ethical conduct are core values. All Members must maintain honest, professional, and compliant business practices.
a. Standards: Members must accurately represent WelWay products and the compensation plan, avoid unsubstantiated claims, and refrain from misleading statements.
b. Enforcement: Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination, loss of commissions, or legal action.
These provisions apply to all individuals or entities participating in the WelWay Affiliate or Ambassador Program.
a. Independent Contractor Status: Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of WelWay.
b. Disclosure Requirements: Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with WelWay whenever promoting products or opportunities.
c. Advertising Standards: Affiliates may only use approved materials, and must not make misleading claims or misuse trademarks.
d. Compensation and Taxes: Affiliates earn commissions based on valid transactions and are responsible for taxes owed.
e. Prohibited Conduct: Affiliates may not engage in spam, unauthorized discounts, or deceptive marketing.
f. Compliance Monitoring: WelWay reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance.
g. Modification and Termination: WelWay may modify or terminate the program at any time.
All marketing and promotional content must comply with WelWay’s brand guidelines and applicable advertising laws, including FTC and Canadian regulations.
Cross-recruiting, cross-sponsoring, and cross-company solicitation are prohibited. Violations may result in termination and loss of commissions.
WelWay enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. All email marketing must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.) and CASL (Canada).
WelWay respects your privacy and complies with data protection laws.
a. Information We Collect: Personal data such as name, contact, billing, and order history.
b. How We Use Information: To process orders, manage accounts, and improve services.
c. Data Sharing: We do not sell data; limited sharing with service providers.
d. Data Security: We use safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

All content on this Site is owned or licensed by WelWay. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Products and services are provided “as is.” WelWay disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
WelWay shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the total paid within six months before a claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WelWay and its affiliates against claims arising from your use or violations.
This Agreement is governed by Utah law.
a. Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah.
b. Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually.
c. Injunctive Relief: WelWay may seek court orders to protect its rights.
WelWay may revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
